Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with K&K Modest Apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, eligible items may be returned for store credit in accordance with the policy below.

General Policy

  • Due to how quickly we process orders and the non-refundable fees charged by third parties, orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only; no refunds are issued.

  • If you need a different size, you may return the item for store credit and repurchase the correct size.

  • Once your return is processed, a digital gift card will be emailed to you for the purchase price of the item(s), minus any shipping charges. Please note that USPS and UPS do not refund shipping fees.

  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after delivery to us.

How to Return

  • All returns must be initiated through our returns center.

  • Do not return items without approval. Any unapproved returns will be donated to charity.

  • Items must be received back within 10 days of return approval. Returns not received within this window will be automatically canceled, and the return label will be void.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. A prepaid return label is available in our Returns Center for $10.95, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • With original tags attached

  • New, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed

  • Free of pet hair, dander, body odor, sweat, perfume, and deodorant

Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer or donated.

Damaged Items

While we thoroughly inspect all items before shipping, mistakes can rarely occur. If you receive a damaged item:

  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Do not ship the item back using your own label, as we cannot reimburse shipping charges not processed through our system.

  • Once received, a replacement will be shipped promptly or store credit issued if a replacement is not available.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Clearance items

  • Items purchased in a BOGO sale

  • Holiday-themed items (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, 4th of July, etc.)

  • Items purchased at events, conferences, pop-ups, or parties

  • Hair accessories

  • Gift cards

Final Sale: All items listed above are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Notes

  • International orders are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for any customs or duties on international shipments.

  • Store credit expires one year from the issue date.

  • K&K Modest Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
